High Council of Regency
High Council of Regency was a political body which ruled Principality of Albania from 30th January, 1920 until 31st January, 1925. Its members were:
1. 30th January, 1920 - 25th December, 1921:
- Aqif Pashë Biçaku (18..-1926) (to 22nd December, 1921)
- Luigj Bumçi (1872-1945) (to 22nd December, 1921)
- Abdi Bej Toptani (1864-1942)
- Mihal Turtulli (?-?)
2. 25th December, 1921 - 31st January, 1925:
- Omer Pashë Vrioni (1839-1928) (to 22nd January, 1922)
- Ndoc Pistulli (?-?) (to 22nd January, 1922)
- Sotir Peci (1873-1932)
- Refik Bej Toptani (?-?)
- Xhafer Ypi (1880-1940) (from 2nd December, 1922)
- Gjon Çoba (?-?) (from 2nd December, 1922)
From 2nd July, 1924 until 24th December, 1924, Fan Noli was acting for the High Council.[1]
